Wandering Camera

Album 380
(Translated by Grif)

Hotel "Rus" (ancient form from "Russia") on Artillery Street.

A very interesting building in my opinion.

It was built in 1980s, but unfortunately I couldn't find any data or even the name of architect.

These days the part of the hotel is used as "Europe-House" business center.

Many people know this place as a location of customer center of cell phone company "Megaphone".

Actually one of the references says that building was built in 1932-33, and in 80s was "just" reconstructed.

If that's true, then such "reconstruction" might have been really severe.

This photo brings to me images of "Star Wars".
